This is for administrative purposes to determine the overall number of visitors, pages viewed, and other NON-IDENTIFYING information. We use this information in aggregate we that we can improve our website and to make our visitor’s experience as smooth as possible.
On this website we accept monetary donations, made to us ON-LINE. We utilize secure encrypted financial transaction technologies to safeguard and secure all the information we collect to process the transaction.
When making ON-LINE donations we ask your name, address, day & work telephone numbers, e-mail address, and credit card information. We use this information in order to process your donation, to verify credit card data, and to send to you TAX DEDUCTABLE RECEIPT(s).
When donating on the NCPD FOUNDATION website we may use “cookies” to process your donation.
Be advised, when making a donation, we may capture that information and use it INTERNALLY to notify you of SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENTS relating to the NCPD FOUNDATION as well as the dates of Ground Breaking, Opening, and other special ceremonies. On each contact that is sent to you, there will be an “opt-out”, and we will remove you from our mailing list.
The NCPD FOUNDATION does NOT share your personal information with any third party. It is our policy not to sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. When using information for statistics, NO personal identifying information is used.

The NCPD FOUNDATION does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child without the consent of a parent/legal guardian. Children should always obtain parental consent before donating to this, or any, website.
If YOU would like to make an ANONYMOUS DONATION, please be advised that our ON-LINE DONATION system CANNOT handle anonymous donations, HOWEVER, you can send a MONEY ORDER to the address of the NCPD FOUNDATION fund. Please note, without a name we will be unable to send a Tax Deductible Receipt.
